The company was founded in 1992 by Riad Yousef, and is currently managed by him along with his son Rakad — an architect and interior designer, a graduate of the Technion and with extensive experience in overseeing complex projects in the construction industry. The company's activities primarily focus on private projects, and it maintains close collaborations with architects, interior designers, entrepreneurs, and diverse clients from across the country
The factory is located in the northern region and provides services to private and business customers in the areas of Haifa, the Krayot, Afula, Migdal HaEmek, and the vicinity.
